Our Management Team and Board of Directors A. Keith Elder Vice President of Product Development Keith joined Wireless Seismic in 2007 with 30 years of seismic industry experience. Prior to joining Wireless Seismic, Keith worked for Input/Output, Inc. for 18 years where he held several management and engineering positions. He provided technical leadership in the development of several of Input/Output’s cable and wireless systems. Keith spent the remainder of his seismic career in field service and management for several geophysical contractors. Keith holds numerous patents related to the application of seismic instrumentation. Keith is a graduate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Electronic Engineering Technology. Management Team Shannon Adams Vice President of Finance and Administration Shannon Adams has been our Vice President of Finance and Administration since June 2009 and has been with the Company since October 2008. Prior to joining Wireless Seismic, Shannon held financial positions at several companies in the technology industry, including T-Netix, eSoft, Artemis, OpenLogic and eCollege. Shannon started her career with Price- Waterhouse-Coopers LLP servicing Oil & Gas, Mining and High-Tech companies. Shannon holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Denver and is a Certified Public Accountant. Kip Ingram Vice President of Engineering Kip joined Wireless Seismic in 2010. Prior to joining Wireless Seismic, Kip was with BP Microsystems, Inc., where he served in a lead technical role for over 6 years, and then as the company's VP of Engineering, having overall responsibility for the BP's engineering operation for over 4 years. He served in a senior engineering capacity with ION Geophysical, Inc., successfully leading them through the rapid development of the electronics associated with their 4D-seismic imaging array. Kip launched, and successfully managed, his own company, Magnetic Designs, Inc., as the President/CEO, providing embedded system, motion control, and management consulting services for nearly 5 years. Roy Kligfield CEO Roy Kligfield has been our Chief Executive Officer since May 2006. Prior to joining Wireless Seismic, Mr. Kligfield served in senior management positions in seismic, wireless telecommunications and software industries including Geo-Logic Systems, SignalSoft, and OpenLogic. He was formerly a Professor of Geology at the University of Colorado where he led research, teaching and industrial consortium efforts in petroleum and structural geology and has contributed peer-reviewed professional papers and talks on these subjects. Roy holds an M.Phil degree in Geophysics and Ph.D. in Geology from Columbia University. Lawrence Doudna Vice President of Business Development Lawrence joined Wireless Seismic in 2010. Lawrence has over 25 years of energy industry experience. Lawrence recently served as the Senior VP of Operations at Standard Renewable Energy (Gridpoint), a leading provider of energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions, and prior to this role, he was with Global Geophysical as their Worldwide Manager. Lawrence has a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from Missouri Institute of Technology.
